Their story goes dated as back as year 1980, when Mr. Ratnakar Raiker, started the Real Estate and Builder’s business. It was then named as Kamaxi Builders. With projects like Dhanashri Apartment, Laxmi Apartment, Hema Apartment, Neelu Apartment, Rayesh Chambers, Raikar Residency; they have created a mark in the Housing developers business in Goa. The whole aim back than was to create affordable apartments for any family. This business was scaled to newer heights when his son Mr. Rayesh Raiker joined the business. Together now, the business is renamed to Raycon Builders, and being run by the experience of the father mixed with the aspirations of the son.
