Our Story
Four decades of building Goan homes
Raycon Builders are one of the prominent builders and housing developers in Goa. We build homes for all budget sections — apartments, villas, and housing colonies, we've built them all.
Our story dates back to 1980, when Mr. Ratnakar Raiker started the real estate and builder's business under the name Kamaxi Builders. With projects like Dhanashri Apartment, Laxmi Apartment, Hema Apartment, Neelu Apartment, Rayesh Chambers and Raikar Residency, we created a mark in the housing developers business in Goa. The whole aim back then was to create affordable apartments for any family.
The business scaled to newer heights when Mr. Rayesh Raiker joined his father in the business. Together, the business was renamed Raycon Builders — run by the experience of the father mixed with the aspirations of the son.
